 
Formerly located at the Windsor Park Shopping Center in Mechanicsburg, Balloons and More moved to a larger facility late in 2007. The new Lemoyne location accomodates the bridal showroom, retail area as well as larger workspaces and storage areas. Along with the improved space, a complete company rebranding has given the company a new logo, updated materials and a fresh perspective on how to better serve our customers.
In October 2006 Balloons and More celebrated their 15 year anniversary. Owner and Certified Balloon Artist, Mimi Reeves, has built her business on adhering to strong business ethics and attention to detail in every event that her and her employees help to make special. Mimi regularly attends seminars to inspire creativity as well as help to keep educated on the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

Certified Balloon Artist?
CBAs are people who work for a Qualatex Balloon Network (QBN) Business Member and have successfully completed the program's written tests, as well as the CBA Practical Examination to demonstrate their knowledge of the QBN curriculum and ability to produce quality balloon work.
Professionals who earn the CBA designation have chosen to grow their businesses through networking with other balloon professionals, continuing their education, giving and receiving referrals, and taking advantage of the marketing support available to CBAs.
